29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township Falls NJ: An employee, not supplied with any fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing floor sheathing installation and other related activities from the unprotected edges of a new residential structure's deck. Condition observed on or about 07/16/15. High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060058, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Monterey Bay Road, Block 176.04, Lot 5, Tinton Falls NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
