29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Mary Lane, Springside at Robbinsville, Robbinsville, NJ: On or about July 16, 2015, High Quality Builders, Inc., employees were conducting framing activities without proper use of fall protection. Workers were using the second story wall top plate as their walking/working surface while setting roof trusses. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below. High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060058, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/27/15, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Herbert Avenue Pehala Park, Long Beach Township NJ. High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058961, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Dickman Dr. & Pershing Blvd Lavallette, NJ.
