Wall hung distribution panels were blocked by equipment preventing ready access to employees or authorized building management personnel. a. 240V Panels at the bottom of the stairway to maintenance office - blocked by blowers b. Employee break area - 240V panel blocked by refrigerator, water cooler, and water bottles Wyman Gordon was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.304(f)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912469, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 244 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts.
