29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold on Gould Facade: Employee were exposed to a fall hazards ranging from approximately 12 feet to 18 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not resting on base plates, on or about 3/7/15. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985190, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/14, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Midland Ave., Garfield NJ.
