29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. a) Service Panel By Double Door - The employer did not ensure that working space was not maintained in front of the service panels, as evident by the fact that the panels were blocked by rolltainers (carts with wheels) preventing quick access to the panels in the case of an electrical or fire emergency, on or about April 21st, 2015.
