29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. (a) JV INSTALLATION - An employee was admitted into the hospital for approximately seven days, starting on or about January 26, 2015, and the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization within the required 24-hour timeframe. It was not reported until April 8, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
