29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(I): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: b) Bldg 19 Display and Mold Shop Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a column saw with an electrical box that did not have a cover exposing the conductors and electrical equipment.
