29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 12 Montclaire Road, Lot 19, Medford NJ: An employee, not wearing any fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below when performing roof sheathing installation and other related activities from a roof with a pitch of approximately 7 on 12. Condition observed on or about 02/12/15. New Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 638798, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/31/13, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Westbury Drive, Winslow NJ. New Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311812457, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/25/11, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 203 & 204 Margaretta Drive, St. Georges DE. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
