29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: a) Storage Room: Accumulation of boxes and material handling such as "U-Boats" were stored throughout the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards; on or about 1/13/15. b) Storage Room: Accumulation of boxes and material handling such as "U-Boats" were stored throughout the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards; on or about 3/23/15. NOTE: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item. Dollar Tree Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 176 (c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313981607, citation number 1, item number 1 issued on 9/2/2010 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/16/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 US Highway 22, Ste 12, Watchung, NJ 07069.
