29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The Employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warning: At the facility the employer is failing to ensure that containers are labeled in accordance with this sub part. a) Behind the vehicle maintenance building is located a diesel fuel tank. This tank is not labeled with its contents. b) Within the maintenance building are two tanks used to hold engine oil, these tanks are not labeled with their specific contents. c) In the casting and forms area of the facility is a tank used to hold form oil. This tank was not labeled with its specific content.
