29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) 827 North 6th Street, Newark, NJ An employee welding stainless steel was exposed to 4.805 micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3) of Chromium VI , which is 1.92 times the action level of 2.5 ug/m3. The employee was sampled for 407 minutes with zero exposure assumed for the unsampled period of time or 73 minutes. Violation occurred on or about December 9, 2014 Fairfield Industries, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314776816 , citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2-9-11, with respect to a workplace located at 827 N 6th St., Newark NJ .
