29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) Preweigh area, on or about 10/9/14: A 55 gallon container of Takasago finesse was not labeled with hazard warnings. b) Preweigh area, on or about 10/9/14: A 30 gallon container of Escape II was not labeled with hazard warnings. c) Preweigh area, on or about 10/9/14: A 55 gallon drum of isothiazolone was not labeled with hazard warnings. d) Preweigh area, on or about 10/9/14: A 55 gallon drum of Polyglycol 425 was not labeled with hazard warnings e) Preweigh area, on 10/30/14: a 55 gallon drum of a Takasago product was not labeled as to the identity. f) Preweigh area, on 10/30/14: A 55 gallon container simply labeled "RY" was not labeled as to its identity.
