29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: On or about April 10, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were using respirators without receiving effective training which exposed them to a possible overexposure to hazardous chemicals such as xylene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and methyl isobutyl ketone which were contained in products used to spray paint, clean spray paint equipment. These products were Sherwin Williams Steel Spec Structural Steel Primer B50 AV 11, POLANE Reducer - 69, and Sherwin Williams Xylene R2K4 .
