29 CFR 1910.219(m)(1)(i): Standard conditions shall be secured by the use of the following materials. Expanded metal, perforated or solid sheet metal, wire mesh on a frame of angle iron, or iron pipe securely fastened to floor or to frame of machine. (a) Facility - On or about April 26, 2017 machine guarding was mounted to rollers which allowed exposure to pinch points and caught-in hazards. At the following locations: -Line A, Balebreakers, Pickers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; -Line B, Balebreakers, Pickers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
