29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators shall be stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they shall be packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Spray booth #2, employees required to wear 3M half-face respirators during spraying operations were not storing them in a manner that protected them from contamination. Stryker Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(h)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461723, citation number 1, item number 2e and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4971 AL Highway 21 N, Piedmont, AL 36272.
