29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer: (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Spray booth area, employees required to wear 3M half-face respirators during spray painting and priming operations were not cleaning and disinfecting their respirators appropriately. Stryker Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461723, citation number 1, item number 2d and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4971 AL Highway 21 N, Piedmont, AL 36272.
