29 CFR 1915.75(g): Catwalks on stiles of marine railways did not have, on at least one side, a guardrail and midrail meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2): Lisa Marie boat at the Boat Yard: Employees were entering and exiting the Lisa Marie via a ramp. Portions of the ramp were missing midrails. Employees were exposed to falls of 140 inches. 1. The top of the ramp to board the boat was missing handrails and midrails on both sides. 2. A portion of the ramp near the top was missing a midrail.
