29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS) (IDENTIFY MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT) a) Reprocessing Department: The employer did not provide lockout/tagout training to affected employee in an area where energy control procedures may be utilized on equipment such as but not limited to extruder, on or about 8/25/2022. XL Plastics was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394684, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/04/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 220 Clifton Boulevard, Clifton, NJ 07011.
