29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Spray booths, employees required to wear 3M half-face respirators during spraying operations had not been fit tested. Stryker Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461723, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4971 AL Highway 21 N, Piedmont, AL 36272.
