29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for the presence of combustible gases, vapors, and toxic agents prior to employee entry: (a) On or about August 20, 2020, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to potential health hazards when entering bin T11 to clean out crusted sunflower seeds that had been along the bottom of the bin for approximately one year. Testing to ensure acceptable entry conditions was not performed prior to entry at 340 40th Street NW in Fargo, North Dakota.
