29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Sewer Solutions located at 1374 Yates Street, Denver, CO 80204: On and Preceding September 20th, 2018, the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. The employees can use materials, such as but not limited, to the following: (1) The employees used gasoline and epoxy resin material used in the Perma Liner inversion machine to line sewer pipe. These materials can expose employees to skin and respiratory hazards. Sewer Solutions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014978, citation number 1, Item 2/c, issued February 20, 2015 and became a final order on March 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1470 Lehigh Street, Boulder, CO 80305.
