29 CFR 1926.62(i)(5)(i): The employer did not provide adequate handwashing facilities in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.51(f), for use by employees exposed to lead: a) Danville Borough Municipal Authority Storage Site, employees, blasters, were exposed to lead and used a garden hose, suspended on the chainlink fence, and bar soap, placed on a dish on the ground to wash their hands and face. The contaminated discharge water muddied the ground where employees stood, and was not collected or otherwise discharged so that employees would not become re-contaminated, on or about October 27, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
