29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: On August 6, 2015 and after, the employer failed to ensure employees performing maintenance, to include scheduled and unscheduled, on Charging Cranes 304, 305, Ladle Crane 307, Mold Handling Crane 310, Teeming Crane 314 and Steel plate Crane 315 affixed a lock to energy isolating devices for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic power sources. The TimkenSteel Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(d)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 971450, citation number 01, item number 004B and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4511 Faircrest Ave. SW, Canton, OH 44706.
