29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) On or about 10/01/2014, workroom floors in the east portion of the Pellet building were not kept clean, so far as possible, of up to several inches of combustible wood dust accumulations. THE WOOD FIBERS INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 107478, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1B AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/09/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1050 WASHINGTON STREET, NIAGARA, WI 54151.
