29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (a) Global Collision 240 Brian Ave., Silverthorne, CO 80498: The employer did not maintain copies of the material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. The employer changed brands of painting products and did not place the MSDSs for these products in the MSDS book. This condition may result in employees using chemicals in an unsafe manner due to lack of knowledge about the chemicals. MSDSs missing from the book include but are not limited to: (1) Saint-Gobain Adhesion Promoter, (2) Saint-Gobain Metal Bonding Adhesive, and (3) Saint-Gobain Plastic Repair Skim-Plus. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
