29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Packaging/Production room - On or about January 14, 2025, the exit path between the 480VAC MCC panel cement pad and the 4 inch tall/102 inch long metal angle installed on the floor was 23 inches in width which exposed employees to an evacuation hazard. Frozen Food Development, Inc. and its successors were previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709703, citation number 1, item number 1, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/13/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 156 West Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
