29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer did not ensure that each contract worker followed the facility's safe work practices. On or around June 7, 2024, on the fifth floor of Hydrofluoric Acid Unit 245 at Honeywell Geismar, the employer did not ensure that workers followed safe work practices per the job package and work permit. Turner Industries Group, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.119(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1575813, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 PPG Drive, Westlake LA, 70669.
