29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. On or about June 12, 2024, in the bakery and produce hallway area, access to the electrical panels were blocked as a result of cardboard boxes and trash being stacked in front of the panels. Kroger was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613884, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/16/2022 with respect to a workplace located at6030 Stetson Hills Blvd, Colorado Spring, CO 80922.
