29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. (a) On or about February 28, 2024, the employer did not provide a copy of the 2024 OSHA 300 log within four business hours of request. The employer had a recordable, work-related incident resulting in amputation on February 17, 2024. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
