29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations: a) Northern Pelagic Group, LLC, located in Hazleton, PA- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard from approximately 20 feet to the concrete ground level below, while conducting inventory from a forklift platform that had an unprotected side, three sides with rails that were not 42 inches plus or minus 3 inches, no fall protection measures in use and employees were not trained on forklift attachment and use limitations. Abatement certification required.
