29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1):Portable electric equipment was not handled in a manner which would not cause damage: On the Production Floor: On or about May 10, 2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to a flexible electrical cord being hung with metal wiring in the rear of Makino CNC Vertical Machine (Serial #V130537 / Model #PS95) that could damage the outer jacket or insulation.
