29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly. On and/or before January 10, 2023, fire extinguisher(s) that were mounted for emergency use by employee(s) were not inspected monthly and/or maintained according to N.F.P.A No. 10 A-1970. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s). In the following locations: a) BLDG 13027, 2nd floor northeast side tire storage room. (Last Inspected 12-05-2022) b) BLDG 13027, westside outside retail store. (Last Inspected 06-2022) c) BLDG 13026, maintenance bay next to southeast end closet. (Last Inspected 12-05-2022) Firestone Complete Auto Care was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1619984, citation number 1, item number 3, group letter b, and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 Orion Place Columbus, OH 43240.
