29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about January 9, 2023 - Assembly, employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and amputation hazards when the employer did not have machine specific lockout/tagout procedures for equipment that was not cord and plug such as, but not limited, the biscuit cutter and Ross machine and for equipment with multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to, the bag sealer and 'doughboy' (electricity/heat).
