29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each worker exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them. Location: 109 Chase Road, Marlborough, MA; On or about 09/15/22, the employer failed to ensure that three employees exposed to fall hazards were properly trained in the means and methods of fall protection equipment.
