29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about June 28, 2022, on site of a residential structure located at 1304 Brinely Place, Lot 322, Lake Worth, Florida, employees were exposed to hazards associated with performing roof tile installation work on the roof of a residential building prior to being provided with a training program that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with falls. All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1488904, citation number 01, item number 002(b), issued on 2/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 870 Laurel Oaks Way, Jupiter, Florida 33458, which became a final order on 02/19/2021.
