29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a. On or about November 17, 2021 and at times prior the employer failed to train employees on the hazards found on the worksite or the procedures to control or eliminate the hazards for employees prior to conducting roofing work Jamie Aguilar dba J. Aguilar Roofing Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1414541, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 13710 Della Drive, Athens, OH 45701 .
