29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: This violation was observed on or about about November 3, 2021, employees working in the capacity of authorized employees are not provided with training in the recognition of hazardous energy, exposing employees to the hazard of uncontrolled energy sources. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure employees performing the functions of authorized employees are provided with adequate training to ensure the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood.
