29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) On or about May 13, 2021, in the production area, employees with facial hair wore 3M 6000 series half face respirators for cement production tasks, exposing them to inhalation hazards. Sesco Cement, Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318392, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8510 E, Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston TX, 77044.
