29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 7/24/2020 at locations including but not limited to line #7 Leeson motor control filler cord plug where workers plugging and unplugging equipment were exposed to 120V electrical hazards where the strain relief was visibly compromised.
