29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about 3/17/20, throughout the plant in locations including but not limited to below the mezzanine and at the maintenance workbench areas, where the employer failed to ensure that the portable fire extinguisher were inspected monthly, where workers were expected to fight small fires.
