29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program as may be necessary to comply with this part: a) Jobsite located at 3320 South 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA: The employer did not develop and implement an accident prevention program to assist employees with hazards associated with their work operations. Condition was observed on or about 5 SEP 2019. Solid Concrete Walls, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1371372, citation number 1, item number 2/b, and was affirmed as a final order on 30 JUL 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2120 East York Street, Philadelphia.
