29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: (a) At the worksite located at 3045 Lake Country Dr., Oconomowoc, WI, the employer did not ensure that a ladder used for access was at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards. L.H. Krueger & Son, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352044, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace location at 1345 Blazing Star Ct., Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
