29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazards. On or about July 31, 2019, employer did not ensure that employees working on a steel erection patio roof were trained to identity fall hazards and safe work practice. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15-feet to the ground below. Protech Roofing Systems Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1323196, citation number1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 11, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 7251 S. Desert Blvd., Canutillo, TX. Protech Roofing Systems Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1308114, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 101 S. El Paso, TX.
