29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (a) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide the basic advisory information contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134 to production employees who wear N-95 respirators, exposing employees to hazards associated with using a respirator; (b) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide the basic advisory information contained in Appendix D to mix men who wear full-faced respirators, exposing employees to hazards associated with using a respirator.
