29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) In the mixing area, safety data sheets were not readily accessible for employees using masonry sand. Cates Caststone Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1285452, citation number 1, item 2c and was affirmed on April 26, 2018, with respect to workplace located at 12783 FM 346 East Whitehouse, TX 75791.
