29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Godfer- On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to hazards associated with the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring. The extension cord was used to provide power equipment including but not limited to, computers and other equipment used throughout the day.
