29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a) Worksite, Fire Hall, Westbound End: Exit access from the west end of the fire hall to the east end exit discharge was not indicated by the use of directional signs. The direction of travel to the exit discharge from the east end of the fire hall was not immediately apparent; on or about 6/11/18. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. K MART CORPORATION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112072, citation number 1, item number 1, group c, issued on 5/20/2016 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 33 W. Montgomery Cross Rd. in Savannah, GA.
