29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): a. On August 08, 2018, an employee performing the required duties as a loader in the casting area sand storage bay was overexposed to respirable crystalline quartz silica. b. On August 08, 2018, a second employee performing the required duties as a loader in the casting area sand storage bay was over-exposed to respirable crystalline quartz silica. McKees Rocks Industrial Enterprises Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.1000(e), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095802, citation number 1, item number 3b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 42722 State Route 7, Hannibal, Ohio 43931.
