29 CFR 1910.219(h)(1): Projecting key(s), setscrew(s), or other projections in revolving part(s) were not removed, made flush, or guarded by metal cover(s): (a) The employer did not ensure that employees who worked on Weber Press #1016 (Model #A162 & Serial #1016) were protected from a projecting bolt on a rotating part located by the front roller. This exposed employees to caught-in and crushing hazards. The IFS Filing Systems LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1158856, citation number 1, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 11225 W. Heather Avenue, Milwaukee WI, 53224.
