29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a). Maintenance Shop Parts Room - On or about and times prior to March 7, 2017, there was one unused opening inside the electrical breaker box that was not effectively closed, thus exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b). Maintenance Shop Parts Room - On or about and times prior to March 7, 2017, there were two unused openings (i.e. knockouts) on the air compressor electrical boxes that were not effectively closed, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard. c). Shelling Plant - On or about and times prior to March 7, 2017, there was one unused opening on the Sheller control station, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard. McCleskey Mills, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960589, citation number 1, item number 14 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 961 Ashley Street, Rochelle, GA 31079.
